Purple, in Theory

My original plan was to take a photo of the White Horse Tavern (which I did) to use on Dylan Thomas' birthday. But since I've already used the White Horse for this project, I went with Theory headquarters on Gansevoort St. in the Meatpacking District.

Who's the Bed King?

Bruce the Bed King is among the stores along upper Main St. in Hackensack. It sits across from the Sears building, where I took my car to have the tires rotated (and to grab lunch at White Manna).

Barbie's 50

I first noticed this window display the day before, and then when I read that March 9 was Barbie's 50th birthday, I made a point to photograph it that day.

Pizza pizz

Just up Ninth Avenue from the office is Stella's Pizza, an excellent slice that I get for dinner with probably too much regularity. I'll reach a saturation point every now and then and will refrain, yet there's something about seeing its glowing neon sign from two blocks away -- or from right out front -- that makes me want it, even if I just had it two days ago.

I restrained myself, though.
